She put extra effort showing 3 properties on long distance via whataspp. I am a real estate investor in Nevada, Hawaii & Cali.. on August, an investor put an offer on my duplex in Pahrump, NV . But he canceled the deal. At the same time during escrow, I have a property under contract in Farragut, Knoxville. Because the circumstances in Pahrump, NV. I have to cancel my offer in Knox, TN My searching in Knox didn't work out.. I have decided to look for other condo hotel in NV or HI for an exchange. Melissa is incredible! Being out of town and trying to coordinate a trip to the Knoxville area with tight schedules, we had to cancel a couple attempts.
