Melissa is incredible! Being out of town and trying to coordinate a trip to the Knoxville area with tight schedules we had to cancel a couple attempts. But Melissa was always polite friendly and easy to work with. Then when my wife and I finally did meet up with with her it was a true pleasure to work with her. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and did not try to push what she wanted to sell. But instead she tried to understand what we are looking for and did her best to find those properties. Not even the rain could slow here down! She is above and beyond and spent a lot more time with us than I expected. You will enjoy working with her.

We worked with Melissa for almost a year. We were moving from NY and Melissa was there every step of the way from numerous phone calls video showings and in person showings when we were able to visit. Melissa was always professional friendly and very personable. We always felt so comfortable with her and could always trust her judgement in knowing what we wanted in our home. Melissa is not only a great agent but also just a great person who goes above and beyond what needs to be done. After we closed on our home we had 3 weeks before we moved down and Melissa would check on the house for us to make sure everything was good and even had the locks changed for us. She would contact the previous owners with questions we had and gave recommendations for services we needed. To this day she still texts us to see how we are acclimating and to see how the kids are liking school. With Melissa I don't feel like we just had a great agent I feel like we made a great friend!!
