We worked with Melissa for almost a year. We were moving from NY and Melissa was there every step of the way from numerous phone calls, video showings and in person showings when we were able to visit. After we closed on our home we had 3 weeks before we moved down and Melissa would check on the house for us to make sure everything was good and even had the locks changed for us. She would contact the previous owners with questions we had and gave recommendations for services we needed. To this day she still texts us to see how we are acclimating and to see how the kids are liking school. With Melissa I don't feel like we just had a great agent, I feel like we made a great friend!!
